Easy Systems has been providing and developing solutions for over 18 years to help businessess optimize their Purchase to Pay processes for and with their customers. The software is developed in the Netherlands by their own development team, after which the rollout is implemented by their own consultants, and support is provided by support staff from their office in Ede. Easy Systems distinguishes itself through a personal approach, both in the sales process and in the subsequent processes, with employees who have expertise in the Purchase to Pay process, ensuring customers know they are making a good choice. Providing quality is essential, and this is confirmed by their ISO certifications for quality management (9001), information security (27001), and information security for cloud services (27017). This commitment to quality is reflected in more than 2,500 organizations in the Netherlands and abroad using their software, various partners deploying their solution with their clients, and more than 7,000,000 invoices processed annually with their software. The invoice processing solution provides insight and overview of invoice statuses, enables a 3-way match between purchase order, delivery, and invoice, and supports collaboration/approval between finance and budget holders. It allows organizations to process more invoices with fewer FTEs, creating a positive business case.

By documenting indirect purchases such as laptops, marketing expenses, and office supplies and obtaining internal approval before placing an order, invoice processing is linked to this approval and may be processed automatically.
